Hi,
We are using Oracle Transparent Gateways for DRDA to connect Oracle10g and DB2 7.1 database. It is working fine. However, I have a query with respect to its performance:

Is-it possible to have a pool of opened session to prevent the application from opening a new session at each request ?

i.e: Is there a risk of Risk opening a new session for each Oracle request and not to be possible to reusee the same session

Can someone please help. Please let me know if any more details are needed.
