Hello,

I have an oracle database 8 running on sco-unix.

I want to migrate the database to another server with oracle8 and running on solaris10.

I have made a script to create the database and shall perform a full import (on monday) with ignore=y.

I will make the users test

and on friday, i shall do a full import again with ignore=y

Do you think that this import on monday and again an import on friday will cause a problem.

or shall i drop the database after testing and again create the database on friday and perform a fresh import.

Thank you,
Dirish

Import will try to append the data.
It is not something you wanted to do.
