statistical package for social science. its an tool for taking survey and the format will be in .SAV.

"Import" as "by using the Oracle's Import utility", probably not.

But, if you can create a CSV file from your SPSS application, you could use SQL*Loader (yet another utility) or even external tables feature (if possible).
