Im trying to load a flatfile and merge several columns to make a date field. The file looks like this:

columns field
17-18 year
19-20 other data
20-30 other data
31-32 month
33-34 day

I would like to merge the year month and day to make one ORACLE DATE type. Can anyone provide the sql loader code to help me with this.
