hello all,

I have just installed oracle Apex 3.1.1 on a new system. Everything is working fine but with a slight problem. when i go to the object browser and click on a function then i cannot see its code. the function is working fine. but i cannot see the code. In the pane where i can see the function code that area appears red in color. also i cannot see the triggers and procedures. i can see the table data though..
