Hi All,
When I do the dataloading for huge data then my database server
is hung up.I consulted with DBAs,they told that do the dataloading without writing the record in the archie file.
How to do dataloading with the help of SQL loader in ORACLE without writing in the archie file.
Please guide me.

What is an archie file?
Do you mean log file?

Why did you not ask the DBA what he meant?
He might have meant direct path inserts

Most probably sqlldr direct load with unrecoverable option.
