In deployment of apex application the url is http://apex.oracle.com:7777/pls/otn/f?p=100:1
, now I like to hide the port number 7777, My url should look like http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=100:1
. How can that be done?

If you are working on default port, then only you are not required to specify it.
And I don't think, you can hide it from users.

I am also agree with Delna we can't hide it from users.

Are you sure? I can't hide it from the users? Then please refer to the following link http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=31517:1. This link is provided by Mr. Denes Kubicek whom I learned a lot from. How did he hide the port number? I am waiting for true help. Please have a post here.

Then why don't you directly ask to him?
I think you will get his email address from that site also.
Consult him and also post the solution on getting it.
It will help others having same requirement.
