oracle apex installation error [message #482369]

I am new in oracle apex.
First i have installed oracle database 10g express edition.
afterwards i have installed oracle apex 3.2.1.that was also installed.finally i run in my browser give the address like


http://serc-95fbd5e4df:8889/apex/apex admin

it through error like 

404 Not Found
Resource /apex/apex_admin not found on this server

how to overcome this issue.Kindly send the solution

Is 8889 really your Apex port? (Mine is, for example, 8080.)

What happens if you go to http://serc-95fbd5e4df:8889? (It should open your 10g XE's license agreement page.)

I think Littlefoot is right , port number should be 8080. 8889 is usually port number for Oracle forms 10g.
