Dear,
Please find herewith attached error.

Our Database are running properly - right now I've one problem when I m trying to connect with database they take too much time.

Please See error snapshot.Pls advice.

It's SQL developer in that screenshot too, not sure why it's in this forum. Regardless BlackSwan is correct - it is Sql Developer saying there's something off with the network - issues at the oracle side are usually a little more precise.
