i want to sent the mail from the database 10g for this i run the script like
@$u01/app/oracle/product/10.2.0/db_1//rdbms/admin/utlmail.sql
but this give error unable to open the script.
how i can fix the error.

I bet something is wrong there, maybe "$" is "/".

i check the path of my oracle home but i am confused about the $ sign is it mandatory????

i am using linux login as oracle user.
it return error like sp2-0310 unable to open the file.....
