Hello guys,
I have a very strange situation. One of the application job is running very slow time to time. Even when I switch from one disk group to the other.
I have the awr reports when the results are good and bad. Can someone able to help?

Possibly - if you provide the AWR reports.

Does SQL use bind variables?

If you have an AWR report from the period when performance is good, and another from when performance is bad, then look at them side by side to see which areas are being negatively impacted the most. That's probably the best place to start. You might want to pay close attention to the areas of the report that detail the Top N SQL statements. During worse performance, is there a SQL statement or two that seem to be acting differently?

Cheers,
Brian
