Dear All,

I have a master-detail form, In the details 4 columns and 1 check box.
Item code Description Qty Price Check box
1234 ABC 1 10
4455 DEF 1 20
7777 UUU 1 10 >

> - Check box checked

My requirement is that, when user enter enters more qty than the previous records then a message has to populate.
Why because user is not allowed more than the qty on 2 records (ie. 1+1) <= 1 or 2) in third record.

Please find the answer...

Topic title talks about checkbox. It is mentioned again in the message body. However, I have no idea what is it used for ...

Furthermore, I don't understand the "quantity" requirement. What does quantity of item 7777 have to do with quantities of different items (1234 and 4455); how are they related? What if user enters item 7777 first?
