Same hardware platform? Same Oracle version, edition, installation? Same browser? Same concurrent load?

OK, let me know if I clearly understand the issue.
You installed Oracle and application and everything on Windows XP, then upgraded on Windows 7 and did only that, no new installation, no upgrade in browser.
Is this correct? (No need to answer in upper case which means you are yelling at me.)
Another question was XP 32 or 64 bit?

Are you saying that there are two users in the same room; one of them uses a PC which runs under Windows XP (and opens forms quickly), while his colleague uses another PC which runs under Windows 7 (and opens forms slowly)?

You are definitely leaving something out. Did you or did you not upgrade from XP to Windows 7 or was it a fresh Windows 7 installation? You answered yes that you upgraded xP machines, yet you still have an XP machine. Those contradict each other. If you upgraded, I doubt the browser version remained the same. I am guessing that your java versions are different, you are on different hardware clients, different member on machines. Were these Windows 7 machines running fast, upgraded and then ran slow? Why do you hide so many facts?
Please give a detailed explanation as to all hardware and software versions involved and circumstances of before and after upgrade.
