hi, i have some problem charging the libraries to my forms developer here i post the message it appears (is in spanish)
FRM-18108: Fallo al cargar los siguientes objetos.

Source Object: KEY-LISTVAL
Source Module:NO_PLAN.olb
Source Object: KEY-UP
Source Module:NO_PLAN.olb
Source Object: KEY-DOWN
Source Module:NO_PLAN.olb

Source Module:NO_OLIB.olb
Source Object: CGSO$BLOCK
Source Module:NO_OLIB.olb
Source Object: CGSO$CHAR_MR
Source Module:generar.olb
Source Object: CGSO$BLOCK
Source Module:NO_OLIB.olb
Source Object: CGSO$CHAR_MR
Source Module:NO_PLAN.olb
Source Object: CABECERA

i already tried to follow how a lot of people have resolved this problema but i couldnt, i already set all libraries on a same directory and use the system var to point to them with form_path C:\DevSuiteHome_2\forms\server;C:\libreria;
and no way, if anybody have suffered this or knows how to fix it please help me

La variable de registro FORMS_PATH debe apuntar también al directorio donde tengas tus bibliotecas de objetos NO_PLAN.olb, generar.olb y NO_OLIB.olb. Creo que el problema es que estas tres bibliotecas de objetos no están en el directorio C:\libreria, quizá estén en otro sitio. (importante: lo que está fallando al cargar son las bibliotecas de objetos (.olb), no las bibliotecas (.pll))

The FORMS_PATH registry variable should also have the reference to the directory where you have your object libraries NO_PLAN.olb, generar.olb y NO_OLIB.olb. I think that the problem is that these three object libraries are not in the directory C:\libreria, maybe they are stored somewhere else. (important: is object libraries (.olb) that are failing to load, not libraries (.pll))
