Is there a way to install two different versions of the client on one NT machine? We've got two old Oracle databases (7.3.4. & 8.1.5) and we need to be able to access both of them (although not simultaneously). Any help in this direction would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Chris

Yes it is possible. Use two seperate ORACLE_HOME directories. For example:

c:oracle81 8.x home
c:oracle71 7.x home

Install version 7 first (in c:oracleoracle71) then 8i (in c:oracleoracle8i). It should install the home switcher but if not make sure it is selected when you install 8i.
