How many users do you have?
You might have reached your max_processes.
Maybe the easy way out is to increase the Oracle processes to something like 800

I am not able to start listener service on sco machine.i am having oracle 7.3.2.it was working properly, when i restarted the machine and started the database and tried to start listener it is giving the TNS-12560 and TNS-00530 error.
Also the system parameter file it is showing is /etc/listener.ora not $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin.
How to change this.
Your suggestion is solicited.
Thank you
