srikant please go to the controle panel and start the services if its already started then stop and start again even all the re-start the computer

Sir
oracle is running on NT server 4 then i upgrade it to windows 2000 advance server then i got the problem which is on the subject plz solve this

Dear when i'm starting my computer for work....
go to the ORACLE...
start local database through this system/manager and other oracle password but always i'm receiving this message : ERROR : ORA-01034 ORACLE not available.
My local database always not started... A huge data in my local database.. ..... How can recover my data ?
and start oracle.. All Services are Start but error message still there

How can i open Local Database
All Services are Start
butt ERROR MESSAGE : ORA-01034 ORACLE not available.
How i can OPNE MY LOCAL DATABASE ?
ALL Password i can used but error is still there ?
PLZ EMAIL ME
