Sir,

              I cannot connect Forms6i to Oracle9i Database in the same machine. After completing the Service name creation the test was not successful the Error is 'TNS Listner not found' what is it... Please help...

             In Windows in services the TNS Listner is not started that time. When I can do manually starting the error then get 'TNS listner cannot start in Local machine'...what is it?....Please suggest a remedy
