Several questions on this one -
1) Is it possible to create a Recovery catalog for the DB1 database on the DB2 database and create the recovery catalog for the DB2 database on the DB1 database? Is this possible or should the recovery catalog always be on its own database?

2) Where does RMAN allocate memory from? The SGA, sometimes the PGA???? When memory is allocated to the RMAN process, where does that memory come from?

3) What role does ARCH play during instance startup? Does ARCH have anything to do with instance recovery?

4) Can the DBVERIFY be used on any block size or can it only be used on a 2kb block size? a 4kb block size? an 8kb block size?

5) Is the DBMS_REPAIR only for Archived logs or is it also used on online Redo Logs?

6) Is LOG_MINER a PL/SQL procedure

7) Can Transportable_Tablespace be used to transport data back into the logical structure it came from or can it be used to move data from one logical structure to another database logical structure? Can it be used instead of creating a clone database on another computer or can it only be used instead of creating a clone database on the same machine?

8) What should the last step be when creating a standby database?
