Hi,

Is there any SQLTrace utility available for Oracle, as it is in SQL Server?

Since we are taking over a new application, such a tool will be a great help in knowing the SQLs accessing the Oracle DB.

Need your help.

Hi, thanx for your update. But my requirement was bit different. As you know, there is a seperate tool called SQLTrace in SQL Server. On starting the tool, it will capture all the SQL statements hitting the particular database. This will be very much useful when you are new to a application and want to know all the tables accessed by it.

I hope, SQLTRACE & TKPROF are serving a bit different of the above. Can you correct me on this...
