Hi

   I want to know will there be any issues if i want to migrate data from Oracle 7.3.4 to Oracle 9.2.0.3 through simple Export/Import?

DEPENDS on the complexity of data~!
If the database contains straight-forward-data, ie,just tables,indexes,stored procs etc...It will work.
If any other special options are used or desupported options in 9i are used...then
you may need to go through proper channel...ie
upgrade 7.3 to 8i ( a min of 806) and then to 9i.

Hi,

There are no issues in migrating data from oracle 7.3.4 to oracle 9.2.0.3. Just follow the document as mentioned in Metalink.
