I have two tables to load, one with equipment info, the other with equipment atritbute info.  The equpiment table has a auto number as primary key, this key is used to reference the attribute info for each piece of equpiment.  During my load I will have available the equipment attribute info but I need the newly created primary key of the equipment to tie its' attribute info with the attribute table.  How can I reference and retrieve this autonum primary key during a SQL Load?   Thanks.  Byron

Hi,

You can reference the sequence in your SQL*Loader
control file. Look at the example in this FAQ -
