Hello,
while connecting to oracle using svrmgrl (internal/sys) I am getting the error that ORA-01031 insufficient privilages.
Actually this problem started when I restored the data from TAPE.
For this please suggest the solution to solve the problem.

Does your OS account belong to the "dba" group?
