I have a table without any key on one instance. using dblink i need to create the materialized view with refresh fast on commit option. so that whenever the master data get change , change will take place. Is there any constraint that the table should have a Primary key ? i did not find any solution ? can some one help me out with proper example...

As far as I understand one cannot use "ON COMMIT" across a database link.

Best regards.
