Hello,
While using sql loader i am getting error message as:
"SQL*Loader-941: Error during describe of table TBLALARMSYSTEM
ORA-04043: object TBLALARMSYSTEM does not exist"

Any suggestion to solve it.

Error is self explanative.
The object you are refering does not exist or it is invisible to the session/schema you are loading.

ya got rid of this problem ..now one more.
if the first column is string , i am getting some strange characters before that( just in 1st row) like Ducati-MaxSmart.
it shud have been Ducati-MaxSmart.
and if that is a number the whole first row is not getting pipulated.
Any hint.

May be your datatype definitions in control file do no match with ones defined in database.

Hi,
I am using SQL LOADER to load the data to the table. The data is not loaded into the DB if number of characters exceed 80 in .dat file. How do I resolve this. please help me

Post the table structure.
Post the control file.
Post a sample data.
