Hi guys

Does anyone know of an equivalent for the /pls/htmldb/htmldb_admin administration services area for apex 2.1 integrated into XE?

Reason I ask is because if you build an app in apex and change the build state from "build and run" to just "run", you cannot set it back to "build and run" afterwards, so you cannot get the application back into the application builder development area. This used to be achievable under htmldb using the above admin section?

Thanks

Isn't the URL something like '/pls/apex' now?

HTML-DB used to have 2 main URL's:
/pls/htmldb - this is now just /apex
/pls/htmldb/htmldb_admin - for admin tasks like changing build status for applications, no equivalent seems to exist in apex?

I'm no specialist, but here's what I've done: I have exported the run-only application and imported it again. That way, I have reset the application attributes. Not an elegant solution but it seemed to do the trick.

follow the instructions on this link

http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=641502

you have to login as flows_020100, so have a dba do the following :

alter user flows_020100 account unlock

then login as flows_020100 (password = oracle)

hope this helps
