i installed oralce 10g in my pc...I connect to my database with the command

sql>conn sys as sysdba

afte that the console wants passward. but we i can ignore that by just press enter..

I want to make it password protected so that every time when I want to connect, I have to give the password.

plz tell how ca I do that..

If you would have taken the time to do a quick search on the board, you would have seen the first thread in the security forum addressed this EXACTLY (ie. click here).
