Hi,

I want to know how to decide on the SGA sizing ... Say .. in an OLTP environment like banking sectors where the rate of transactions will be very high...

Please i want to know the basis for same ... For eg where am working the DB size is 1.5TB and the SGA is 15GB ...(10GB DBcache etc...) and we are having 256GB RAM with 40 CPUs .. (Around 20 DBs are there)

Thanks
Giri

Do you encounter any performances or other problems?

use Statspack and check advisor sections.
