ENTERING MY HOST USERNAME AND PASSWORD RESULTS IN A VALIDATION ERROR THAT SAYS NOTHING WHEN I WANT TO IMPORT OR EXPORT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Sorry and Thank you.

In trying to import from export files in Enterprise Manager, I entered my Host username and password and received the below error exactly as it is:
Validation Error
Examine and correct the following errors, then retry the operation:
Error - �
