I don't want to start a new topic so i am continuing. Is it possible to export table from one schema to another schema using command line?After the purpose is over i dont want to keep the reduntant tables in the schema my application is using. so as a backup i want to push the data into another schema to keep it away from users. thanx in advance. raj

Export and Import ARE command line utilities (so the answer is obvious).

How do you programatically identify which schemas are "redundant"?
