"plz"? what does a german post code has to do here?
"urgent"? How is it urgent for us to answer your question?

What should be urgent is for you to read OraFAQ Forum Guide and post complete information.
For instance, posting the Oracle versions (with 4 decimals) of both source and target databases is a minimum.
As well as both export and import statements you executed.
Don't you think?

Regards
Michel

In addition, do NOT multipost your questions but post it in the appropriate (sub)forum.
Duplicates are deleted.

Michel has asked for four pieces of information there. You've given us one.

If am correct this issue occurred in 10g R2.

Refer this document to resolve this issue "Schema Import fails with PLS-201: Identifier 'SYS.DBMS_EXPORT_EXTENSION' Must Be Declared [ID 445135.1]"
